Every January issue VOGUE puts together a list of who they believe are the Ten Best Dressed women of the previous year. This year’s 2008 list featured a variety of unique women who to many are new names and new faces. Each of these women has created their own style and look which has been recognized throughout the fashion industry and in the media.
